The petitioner seeks bail in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 84/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(a) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The house of the petitioner was searched and 160 litres of spirit and other chemicals were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 02.07.2016. The petitioner has already remained in jail for eight months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
