The petitioner seeks bail in Ghorasahan P.S.

Case No. 516 of 2016 under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. 184 bottles of Nepali liquor each containing 300 ML is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 25.12.2016. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already remained in jail for about four months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14900 of 2017 (2) dt.19-04-2017 2/2 petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 516 of 2016.
