The petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of private respondent No. 5 on the post of Anganbari Sevika as her appointment is against the rules and before the complaint made regarding the process of appointment to be faulty being redressed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.16234 of 2019(2) dt.22-08-2019 2/3 The petitioner would be well advised to approach the concerned C.D.P.O. for the redressal of his grievance.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that a representation had already been filed before the concerned C.D.P.O. but no action has been taken over such complaint/representation.

This Court, therefore deems it appropriate to direct the petitioner to make a fresh complaint/ representation before the C.D.P.O, Ramgardhwa, East Champaran (respondent No. 4) within a period of two weeks from today, who, on receipt of the same shall look into the entire aspect of the matter and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law within a further period of thirty days prescribed under the new guidelines of 2019. It may also be reiterated here that if no order is passed within the aforesaid period by the C.D.P.O, the case of the petitioner would stand automatically transferred to the office of the concerned District

If the petitioner still remains dissatisfied, he would have the option of preferring a revision before the concerned Divisional Commissioner. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
