The petitioners seek bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 235 of 2016, registered under Section 136 of the Electricity Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by two witnesses. Thereafter, petitioner has been remanded in the present case on 22.12.2016 from Dumra P.S. Case No. 323 of 2016 and since then he is in custody. Further submission is that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17551 of 2017 (2) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 235 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner, who will file an affidavit showing his relation with the petitioner.
