JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of ill-treatment, torture and killing the niece of the informant due to non-fulfilment of demand of dowry.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case. The fact is that the deceased had died due to accidental fire while cooking.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is husband of the deceased and the main allegation is against him. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, same is rejected.

Any how, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below, i.e., C.J.M., Bettiah, in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case no. 230 of 2014 within a period of four weeks and pray for
