2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.07.2025 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 851 of 2023.
3. The petitioner is permitted add the Superintendent of Police, Naugachia as respondent no.10.
4. For the reasons mentioned in the modification
Patna High Court MJC No.2563 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 application, the same is allowed.
5. The direction given to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bhagalpur in order dated 07.07.2025 passed in Cr.W.J.C. No. 851 of 2023 shall be treated to have been given to Superintendent of Police, Naugachia.
6. Accordingly, This modification application is allowed.
