It appears that the petitioner has come up to this Court against a notice issued by the Certificate Officer, Vaishali under Section 7 of the Public Demand Recovery Act. With regard to the same, the petitioner is required to follow the statutory procedure instead of rushing to this Court. Even with regard to the demand under the Bihar Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, there is provision for redressal of the grievances under the statute. In the above circumstances, the writ application is dismissed. The petitioner shall have liberty to take steps in accordance with the statutory provisions.
