JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 05-09-2016 Writ application has been filed for a direction upon the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of Constable. She belongs to General Category (Female), Non-Home Guard. A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Central Selection Board of Constable way back on 2.9.2014. In paragraph 12 it is stated that the petitioner had obtained only 5 marks and the last candidate appointed in her category had obtained 36 marks.

Patna High Court CWJC No.8353 of 2014 (2) dt.05-09-2016 The petitioner is miles away from the last eligible candidate. That is the reason for her non-appointment. Rest of the story is only to make out a case for consideration.
