JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-05-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by and large the order of this Court has been complied with but certain benefits which the petitioner is entitled has not been taken care of.
In this view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the matter. However, it is made clear that if the petitioner is not satisfied with the action of the opposite party he may file proper representation before the authority concerned for his grievance and the authority will look into
Patna High Court MJC No.2937 of 2011 (10) dt.22-05-2015 the matter and pass a reasoned order. If such representation is filed the same should be disposed of within a period of four months from the date of filing.
With the aforesaid observation this application is disposed of.
