The Petitioner seeks bail in D.B.G./G.R.P.(Rail P.S. Darbhanga) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner started running away after snatching the mobile of the informant on Darbhanga Railway Station but he was caught on alarm raised by the informant. It has been submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.11.2016.
