JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., three unknown miscreants, on the point of knife and arms, looted the informant and his mama and thereafter, fled away.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of the petitioner has transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Sonelal Kumar and Manish Kumar. Manish Kumar has already been granted bail by the learned court below and Sonelal Kumar has been granted bail by this court vide order 22.01.2021 passed in Cr. Misc No. 46569/2021. No incriminating article has been recovered from

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64605 of 2021(2) dt.22-02-2022 2/2 the possession of the petitioner and till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.Parade. Petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2021. Investigation is complete.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Supaul in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 92 of 2020.
