13.05.2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, notices had been issued to the Opposite Party No. 2 but none appears on her behalf.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. C-488 of 2012 (Tr. No. 3301 of 2013) pending before the Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul at Motihari, East Champaran on the same terms as well as subject to the condition that the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.

However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 1,000/- (One Thousand) instead of Rs. 750/- in the Court below in favour of the Opposite Party No. 2. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
