The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.131 of 2013 for allegedly having committed the offence under Sections 323, 324, 325, 379, 307, 354, 356, 376/511 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that actually out and out, a frivolous allegation has been made against the petitioner and that the allegation is concocted and that there is some dispute between the parties Considering the nature of allegations made and that

No.18101 of 2015 (4) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Complaint Case No.131 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
