For a direction to the respondents authorities to allow 50% as maintenance amount from the pension and pensionary benefit of the Respondent no.5, after deducting it from the account of the petitioner.

(ii). For a direction to the respondents to add the name of the petitioner in the service book/ pension book with photograph of the respondent

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
