ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-07-2015 Both the spouses are physically present and there does not appear any possibility of settlement. The order dated 03.08.2013 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Darbhanga, in Maintenance Case No.112 of 2011 is modified to the extent that the Petitioner would be required to pay a sum of `17,000/- (seventeen thousand) to the Opposite Party No.1 and a sum of `8,000/- (eight thousand) for upkeep of Opposite Party No.2.

With the aforesaid modification in the impugned order, the application stands disposed off.
