Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this bail petition so that the petitioner may file bail petition before the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Nawada who shall dispose of the bail petition of the petitioner on merit keeping in consideration that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10086 of 2017 disposed of on 15.03.2017.

Prayer is allowed.
