2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Altogether 244.7 liters of illicit liquor has been recovered from three motorcycle.

4. It is submitted on behalf of that petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the motorcycles in question and has been made accused in this case during course of investigation only on suspicion.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and submitted that petitioner has got two criminal antecedent of similar nature.
