JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 25-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agion (G) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute in between the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 has been resolved by the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, which would appear from the Mediator's Report vide Mediation Proceeding No. 319 of 2017 and accordingly, petitioner and the opposite party no. 2 are leading happy conjugal life.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.508 of 2017 (4) dt.25-04-2017 Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 submits that at present opposite party no. 2 is residing with the petitioner at her Sasural and she has no any grievance.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Bhojpur (Arrah), in connection with Agion (G) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
