The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 733 of 2019 arising out of Khagaul P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 2448, 341, 324, 307, 380, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the brother-in-law of the informant, i.e. the petitioner herein having inflicted knife blow on the neck of the wife of the informant and having taken away ornaments worth Rs. 5 lakh and a cash of Rs. 10,000/-. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the injury found on the

It is further submitted that it is not believable that the jewelry of Rs. 5 lakh would be kept by the wife of the informant who is a railway employee. Lastly, it is submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since 12.03.2019.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Danapur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 733 of 2019 arising out of Khagaul P.S. Case No. 46 of 2019.
