The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 379, 353 and 447/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case is that the petitioner and others gave life threatening to the informant being a Medical officer at PHC if poisoned patient Gajanand Sharma is not being medically treated and the accused persons also snatched Rs. 15,000.- and damaged the official goods kept on the table. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on 14.08.2015 itself the petitioner and others have complained against the informant, hence, as a retaliatory

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55452 of 2015 (2) dt.07-12-2015 2/2 measure the present case has been lodged.

A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar in connection with Kadwa P.S. Case No. 130 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
