For the Respondent/s : Mr. K.P. Gupta ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KISHORE KUMAR MANDAL ORAL ORDER 23-06-2016 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner.
The counsel for the State has drawn attention of the Court to the order dated 12.04.2013 passed in CWJC No. 11016 of 2012 (Annexure-2) and submits that the present writ application is not maintainable as no leave was sought by the petitioner to file a fresh writ application.
On a consideration of the materials on record, I find substance in the objection raised by the respondent State to the maintainability of the second writ petition. The application is accordingly dismissed.
