The petitioner seeks bail in Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, while the father of informant was sitting in his house, co-accused Rahul Kumar and Ranjan Kumar came, abused and also demanded money. It is further alleged that father of informant returned Rs. 1600/- which was given by the accused persons. It is further alleged that coaccused Rahul fired upon informant's father who died on the way to hospital.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that specific allegation of firing is against co-accused Rahul Kumar and no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 8th , Gaya in connection with Buniyadganj P.S. Case No. 73 of 2021.
