Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30A of the Bihar Excise Act. About 9 litres of liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and the petitioner is in custody since 31.12.2016.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail, on completion of four months of custody, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
