The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case No. 261 of 2017 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the recovery of stolen motorcycle from the house of the petitioner on the basis of disclosure made by a co-accused, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
