This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and others are under suspicion to have committed the murder of the husband of the victim for the reason that the petitioner was threatening to the husband of the informant to leave the clinic where the deceased was a medical practitioner.
Considering the facts that only material against the petitioner is suspicion, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 467 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, or successor Court with the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9069 of 2017 (3) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 investigation/trial of the case, failing which the Court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
