2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 341 , 323 , 504 /
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55306 of 2023(2) dt.24-08-2023 2/2 34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3 . Petitioner No. 1 is father-in-law of the informant , Petitioner No. 2 is elder brother of the husband of the informant and Petitioner Nos. 3 and 4 are gotani of the informant. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the informant and so far as these petitioners are concerned they are separate in mess and property and have no concern with the affairs of couple. There is general and omnibus allegation against these petitioners. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition .

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C . J . M., Rohtas in connection with Tilauthu P . S. Case No . 123 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
