JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-11-2015 Initially, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner nos.1 (Pappu Goswami) and 3 (Narshigh Goswami) have been arrested.

Accordingly, the application, so far as, it relates to petitioner nos. 1 and 4, has now become infructuous. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner no.2 (Chinta Devi) being mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after about 8 years of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that

No.54183 of 2015 (2) dt.30-11-2015 2/2 the thrust of accusation is against the husband of the victim and during investigation the material has come that the husband actually assaulted the victim, who is now in custody. Considering the fact that the impugned order suggests that there is no direct material against the petitioner being lady, let she be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No.41 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
