The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S.Case No. 18 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 379, 354, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that save and except Section 379 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code, all other Sections are bailable in nature and the allegation of theft or outraging the modesty, so far as the petitioner is concerned, is not made out, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22429 of 2018 (2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S.Case No. 18 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
