JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,448 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the petitioner entered into the house of the informant and assaulted the daughter in law of the informant namely Indu Devi with the piece of bamboo.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for the occurrence of 27.5.2014 at 5 AM the FIR was registered on the same day at 12.30 P.M. and no injury was caused.
