Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54082 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Wazirganj P. S. Case No. 393 of 2015 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47 (a) of the Excise Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of 200 litres of illicit liquor from the place of occurrence; I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, their applications for anticipatory bail are rejected.
