Petitioner is accused in connection with Rail Kiul P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017 registered under Sections 30A and 38(1) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide orders dated 23.02.2017 and 15.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 9246 of 2017 and 9889 of 2017 respectively. It is submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 20.01.2017.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10855 of 2017 (2) dt.28-03-2017 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Kiul, Lakhisarai in connection with Kiul Rail P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017.
