The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 348 of 2021 arising out of Chowk P.S. Case No. 316 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 302 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier, the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 86521 of 2019 vide order dated 28.02.2020 with a liberty to renew the prayer for bail after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is aware of the limitation in pressing the present petition, it is submitted that the petitioner despite being in custody since 25.09.2019, charges till date has not been framed. It is also

Learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact and circumstances of the case and period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. IIIrd, Patna City in connection with S.T. No. 348 of 2021 arising out of Chowk P.S. Case No. 316 of 2019.
