1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners after some argument seeks permission to withdraw the restoration application with liberty to move before an appropriate authority against the order by which the petitioners were removed by the C.O. on the ground that they had encroached the land.
3. The restoration application is permitted to be withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
