JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2018 This application is filed for modification of order dated 06.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17232 of 2017. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been granted Anticipatory Bail on 06.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17232 of 2017 with a direction to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks pending in the Court of Chief Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 511 of 2013, but due to some unavoidable circumstances, petitioner could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated time. In such view of the matter, let the time to surrender of the petitioner as order dated 06.12.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17232 of 2017 be further extended by four weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7211 of 2018(2) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 today in connection with the aforesaid case.
