2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B) of the IPC and Section 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased and the allegation is of demand of dowry and killing the deceased.

4. During investigation, it has come that the petitioner and the deceased has fought when the deceased wanted to attend the marriage of her friend. Because of that dispute the deceased committed suicide.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61380 of 2024(4) dt.20-11-2024 2/2 of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 283 of 2023.
