16.09.2015 It has been submitted that even though the Mediator has asked for further time but it does not appear that the matter can be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed in connection with Complaint Case No. 1856C of 2012 (Tr. No. S.C. 798 of 2013) pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah.

However, a sum of Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 1,000/- per month to be paid in favour of the Complainant by the Petitioner.
