Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 436 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner allegedly caused fire arm injury at the knee of the informant. There is a case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 21.12.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
