The petitioner seeks bail in Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner figured from the confessional statement of the co-accused, but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Another coaccused from whose possession stolen motorcycle was recovered has already been granted bail by the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 10847 of 2017. The petitioner is in jail since 29.07.2016. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as stated in Para-3 of the petition.

No.14110 of 2017 (2) dt.13-04-2017 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than 81⁄2 months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabhua in connection with Bhabhua Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2016.
