16.09.2015 In view of the Report of the Mediator that the dispute has been resolved, in the interest of parties, in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. the further proceeding of Saharsa Mahila P.S. Case No. 62 of 2013 pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa is, hereby, set aside.

However, if at any time, the Informant feels that the accused persons had compromised the matter to get advantage in Court it will be open for her to revive the prosecution.

The Application stands allowed with the aforesaid observations.
