The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,325,308,504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation of commission of assault by the petitioners and others against the informant. Gurua P.S. Case No. 101 of 2016 was lodged by coaccused Ramdeo Yadav against prosecution party. Considering the facts and circumstances, let, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
