The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017 registered under Section 30 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. itself that the alleged country-made liquor has been recovered from the land of coaccused. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9658 of 2018 (2) dt.20-02-2018 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
