2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that husband of the informant went to Patna along with this petitioner and other F.I.R. named accused persons to earn livelihood. Thereafter, on 25.05.2023 at about 8:30 AM, informant received information on mobile phone that her husband had died and at about 4:30 PM, dead body of her husband was brought to the village on an ambulance driven by one Ranjit Ram. During enquiry, informant came to know that while doing some electrical work at the house of co-accused Dipak Singh, her husband died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55719 of 2025(2) dt.15-10-2025 2/2 from bare perusal of FIR, it is manifest that there is absolutely no allegation of over act against this petitioner. He has been made accused in this case merely on suspicion. Husband of the informant died due to electric shock while doing some electrical work in the house of co-accused Dipak Singh.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case and nature of accusation, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 323 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
