The petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil (Lakho) P.S. Case No. 434 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 325 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is the husband of the informant. The informant alleged that the petitioner demanded additional dowry and assaulted her. The informant got injury on her leg and other parts of the body.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no apparent injury on the body of the informant. The petitioner is ready to keep his wife. The petitioner is in jail for last three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12140 of 2017 (2) dt.20-03-2017 2/2 made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is in jail for last three months, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Muffasil (Lakho) P.S.
