The petitioner has renewed his prayer for grant of bail in a case registered under sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The earlier application for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 21.2.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no.37894 of 2021 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. The petitioner is in custody since 31.1.2021 and more than six months have passed since the date of last rejection.

As per the prosecution case, four accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have assaulted and killed the father of the informant.

No.625 of 2021 (arising out of Gadhpura P.S. Case no.88 of 2020) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Begusarai.
