This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 461 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case.

Submission of the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2016 and in the facts and circumstances, there is no purpose of further detention of the petitioner in this case as under trial prisoner. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection
