JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. No doubt, earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court taking note of recovery of looted motorcycle from his possession but admittedly, neither petitioner was caught on the spot nor was put on Test Identification Parade. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since long and except the present case as well as one case i.e. Bhatni P.S. Case No. 170 of 2016, there is no any other criminal antecedent of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on
