1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
2. This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Forbesganj Police Station Case No. 1331 of 2022, dated 18.12.2022, disclosing offences under Sections 419/420/406/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, as per the First Information Report, is that the petitioner was appointed on the post of Panchayat Teacher on the basis of forged T.E.T. certificate.
4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any offence in the manner alleged and the certificates produced at the time of

He further submits that the First Information Report has been lodged in haste and the petitioner has been removed from services without obtaining the genuineness of the certificates. He further submits that his case is still pending before the Vigilance Investigation Bureau, who is conducting investigation in such types of cases on the direction of the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.

Regards being had to the submission made by the parties and taking into consideration the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is based upon documents for which custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary and the petitioner has been removed from service, as such, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
6. This application is, accordingly, allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Forbesganj Police Station Case
