The petitioner is accused in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 524 of 2016, G.R. No. 203773 of 2016 registered under Sections 18,20,(B) (ii) (C), 22,25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. Recovery is of small quantity. The petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 14.12.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand only) with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10856 of 2017 (4) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District and Sessions Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 524 of 2016.
