JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 20-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Hussainganj P.S. Case No. 312 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 30, 36, 38, 41(1), 62 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. The alleged recovery is from the Bathan of one Balendra Singh which does not belong to this petitioner and petitioner has no concern with the seized materials.
