The petitioner being the Dewar is apprehending his arrest in connection with Konch P.S. Case No. 172 of 2017 for the office registered under Sections 328, 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of torture against all the family members. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. It is further submitted that husband has already been taken into custody and the father-in-law and the motherin-law have been extended the privilege of regular bail vide order dated 27.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 27.03.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and that there is no specific allegation against this
